Fillet&Variable Radius in SolidWorks

Part A

Open Hold Line Fillet.
On Right plane, Insert sketch, offset 10mm the hole outer edges. Exit sketch.
Insert -> Curve -> Split Line. Split the surface by the sketch.

Face Fillet, use the split line as Holdline. The Fillet is created & vary alone the holdline.

Part B

Variable Radius Fillet

Open Variable Radius Fillet. Click Fillet , Fillet Type: Variable radius.

Click the control point and assign the radius valve

Part C

Setback Fillet

Open Setback Fillet. Add fillet on these 3 edges.

In Fillet Manager, Click Setback Parameters, click the setback vertice as shown:
