The following is a day to day training schedule for web based training in 2D CAD,
Laser CAM , and Punch CAM. Before each day a letter is noted next to it it
identifying this day as being focused on Laser, Punch, or Both. These
annotations are as follows:
 Punch Training
 Laser Training
 Applicable to Both
DAY 1: 2D CAD Part 1.
A. Complete instruction of first 30 icons ( pick through edge v-cut)
B. With an understanding of these icons Exercises 1 & 2 (Located in the Appendix of
your MetaCAM manual under 2D CAD Exercises) can now be completed, complete these
drawings and save before next period of instruction.
DAY 2: 2D CAD Part 2.
A. Complete instruction of remaining 23 icons ( trim through view setup)
B. With an understanding of these icons, Exercises 3 & 4 (Located in the Appendix of you
MetaCAM manual under 2D CAD Exercises) can now be completed, complete these
drawings and save before next period of instruction.
