Type Numbers
When the job is stored, it is written out to a directory determined
by a template. If no specific template name is made a part of the
specified name, the job will be stored using the current
template. Type numbers (such as CRV#5) are stored with jobs.
When the job is retrieved, its type numbers are the same as
when the job was stored.
Gaps in type numbers are maintained, requiring more memory.
To compress large gaps in type numbers before saving, set the
Mode readout to compress (RENUMBER PARAMETERS) or
use the COMPTNUM command. The Check for existing
readout (STORE MODE) can be set to yes to avoid overwriting
the file.
