Hair Drier in SolidWorks

Step1: Select the workbench

1.Launch solidworks2009

2.Select Start>new >a 3d representation.of a singe desinge compoent

3.Save file .Rename PartBody “Hair Drier”

Step2:draw the main body

1. Set the workbenth “front plant"

2. Reference the front plane,creat a sketch

3. Click.draw the sketch

4.Exit the sketch3. setting the path as centerline as shown in Figure 2 with icon, Centrepoint Arc icon, andicon. At last,quit the sketch

5.Revovle.The path: insert>face>revovle. As is shown in Figure 3 .Click the revovled icon.

6.Creat a new reference .Click the face1(shown in the Figure5) and next click.The path : insert>reference geometry>plane. All is shown in the Figure4.

7.Select the reference. Creat a new sketch.Click the sketch icon.And draw the sketch as shown in the Figuer6 with Center Rectangle icon, Sketch Fillet icon, Smart Dimension icon. At last quit the sketch workbench.
