Desk in SolidWorks

Step1: Select the workbench
1.Launch solidworks2009(or click the icon in the desktop)
2.Select Start>new >a 3d representation.of a singe desinge compoent
3.Save file .Rename PartBody “Desk”
Step2:Draw the bottom of Desk
Set the workbenth “top plane",click theicon,creat a new sketch1 (or click the icon) with the line icon, the spline line ,centerline iron , mirror entities icon and smart dimension icon.Look at Figure2.Don’t forget to quit the sketch workbench.
2, Creat a new reference plane as shown in Figure3. Set “reference plane",click theicon,creat a new sketch2 (or click the icon) with the line icon, the spline line ,centerline iron , mirror entities icon and smart dimension icon.Look at Figure4.Don’t forget to quit the sketch workbench.

3.Creat a new reference plane again as shown in Figure5. Set “reference plane",and click theicon,creat a new sketch3 (or click the icon) with the line icon, the spline line ,centerline iron , mirror entities icon and smart dimension icon.Look at Figure6.Don’t forget to quit the sketch workbench.

Set the workbenth “front plane",click theicon,creat a new sketch4 (or click the icon) with t the spline line and centerline iron. Look at Figure7.Don’t forget to quit the sketch workbench.
Set the workbenth “front plane" again,click theicon,creat a new sketch5 (or click the icon) with t the spline line and centerline iron. Look at Figure8.Don’t forget to quit the sketch workbench.
