Delmia Tutorial-Creating a Weld Study Analysis and Reviewing the Results

Procedure:

In this exercise, use the Analyze Target Orientation to edit the positions of the welds automatically.

1.  In the Robot Management Toolbar, Select the Analyse Welds for Robot icon, and then Select the Spot Welding.1 in the Process Station. This would automatically select the weld items or either the geometry or PPR tree, select the weld or tag group(s) that is targets for analysis.  The targets appear in the dialog box. 

2.  Click on the Analysis Parameters tab.

3.  Click in the Collision Objects box, and select the Station.1 from the PPR tree.

Delete any target by selecting the line containing the target and then pressing the Remove Target button. Select the Analysis Tab and review the functions listed below.
