Utility class for ELEMENT REF.QUAD4 contents under a FE MODEL parent element. The content is
the merge of corresponding data from ELEMENT REF.QUAD4 elements and tables. The heading is set to
’ID’,’PART’,’N1’,’N2’,’N3’,’N4’(’PART’,’N4’ optional)
