PTC Server connection changes
The PTC Server connection now supports two-way metadata. T wo-way metadata
enables XML element content or attribute values to be passed to PTC Server
instance based attributes (IBA) during document import or check in and PTC Server
IBA values to be passed to XML elements or attributes during document check out.
T wo-way metadata is confgured through a new twowaymetadatarule element in
the document-type-specifc burst confguration fle. Refer to Assigning PTC Server
pr operties in the Arbortext Editor online help for details.
The system-wide burst confguration fle has a new twowaymetadata attribute
for the cr eatedefaults element that enables you to disable two-way metadata. Refer
to Confguring system default values in the PTC Server connection section of the
Arbortext Editor online help for details.
