1. Launch UG.
2. Click 
icon, select Model and input name “Fan”.
3. Click 
icon, then select the ZC as the vector, and edit as shown in Figure 1, then click 
icon and edit as shown in Figure 2 to define the point, then click 
icon twice.

icon, select the center of yellow circle as the point and edit as shown in Figure 3. Then click icon
