1. Launch CATIA.
2. Select Start>Mechanical Design>Part Design.Name the model as Sleeve.
Step2: Access to the Sketch Model
1. Click the yz plane from the part tree.

1. Create a circle sketch.
Select

(Constrain) icon and edit the size as figure 1.
