1. Scheme Editor for Hull Planar Modelling
The scheme editing capabilities within Planar Modelling has been significantly
improved. In Tribon M1 and M2 it has previously been implemented using one
standard dialog listing all the statements and another standard dialog used to edit
one statement at a time. This has been exchanged for a new dialog dedicated to
the handling of planar panel schemes. Via this dialog it will be possible to add or
modify statements without a second dialog. Also the statements can be presented
on multiple lines with a layout controlled by the user.
The scheme dialog is a modeless dialog. This means that the user can use other
functions while the dialog is opened. These other functions can update the scheme
dialog. The dialog is equipped with functions to start new schemes, open existing
ones as well as saving schemes. Also functions to cut/copy and paste and
find/replace functions are available.
When asking for the scheme of a knuckled panel the schemes for its subpanels will
be included so that they can be edited simultaneously. All the schemes in the
collection will be presented in the same editor dialog. It will be possible to copy/cut
and paste arbitrary text sections within the schemes.
