1. Modelling of Multiple Panels
Description
Since before it has been possible to handle multiple panels in certain functions such
as Planar/Panel/Copy and Planar/Model/Delete. But when it comes to modelling of
components the only option has been to have one panel active at a time. In order
to improve the interactive modelling of planar panels it is from Tribon M2 possible to
add or modify components on multiple panels at the same time.
Now multiple panels can be handled by all the functions in the Planar/Model menu
and by Planar/Scheme/Edit. The functions that could previously only handle one
panel at a time were:
Planar/Model/Create
Planar/Model/Modify
Planar/Model/Edit
Planar/Model Assembly
Planar/Scheme/Edit
After activating multiple panels the addition/modification will be applied to all active
panels, if possible. The intention is that the active panels should be equal or at least
similar. This is typically the case for e.g. double bottom floors or transversal webs
and girders. However the handling of multiple panels has few restrictions regarding
the active panels leaving it to the user to make a sensible collection of panels
depending on the action to be performed on them.
