Improvement of the Paste function.
The following inputs enable a dynamic paste:
"+ and -" to increase/decrease the angle
"ctrl + and -" to increase/decrease the angle faster
"shift + and -" to increase/decrease the angle slower
"* and /" to increase/decrease the scale
"ctrl * and /" to increase/decrease the scale faster
"shift * and /" to increase/decrease the scale slower
"ctrl + and -" to increase/decrease the angle faster
"shift + and -" to increase/decrease the angle slower
"* and /" to increase/decrease the scale
