Pro.Engineer/CREO Tutorial -- Lamp Chimney Modeling

Create a new document: 

1. Create a new document. Click   icon.  

2. Select the type of this document as Part and select the Sub-type as Solid.  

3. Type 19-1 in the Name dialogue box. Disable the option: Use default template, Shown below in the figure 2.  

4. Click OK  

5. Select the template that you needed in the New File Options dialogue box. Figure 3 gives out one of the choice. 

6. Click [OK]  

Curve Build  

 1. Click   to open the curve options dialog box. 

 2. Select “From Equation” as the method to build the curve>click “Done” to finish the setting, figure 4. 

 3. Select the default coordinate system> Select the “cylindrical” as the type of the coordinate system >Click “OK”, figure 7. 

 4. Type the curve equation into the note book shown as the figure 8
