It is recommended to start and end cutter compensation on a linear move.
Rotary axis assumes a "Z" plunge at feed into part, position of the
Substituted axis at absolute zero position and the retraction from path
by the post call to the G28 machine Z home position.

This post uses 'pwrtt' to scan the NCI file for arc moves, and capture
the variable 'ttplane'. The values for this variable are stored in a
buffer file,so that we can read the buffer and output the appropriate
plane codes at each toolchange.The post switch 'tplnout' is used to
determine whether or not to perform this function. If 'tplnout' is
turned on in the post, the 'tooltable' switch must also be turned on.
