Step1. Create and name the three-dimensional model of part of INSTANCE_WHEEL.PRT.
Step2. Create sketch 1 as Fig.2 shown.

2 Define the placement property of sketch section.
(1) Set sketch plane: select datum plane FRONT as sketch plane.
(2) Specify referential sketch plane: select datum plane RIGHT as reference.
(3) Specify the orientation of referential sketch plane: select RIGHT as the orientation of referential sketch plane.
(4) Complete the placement property of sketch section: click
button in the window of defining the placement property of sketch section.

3 Create feature section: draw the section as Fig.3 shown. Click 
button then quit sketch.
