1. Part Name Control in WP Function Edit Welds
Description
In the Weld Planning function "Edit Welds" there is now a possibility to display the
part id via Part Name Control. This is done when the environment variable
BWP_PARTNAME_EDIT_WT is set to an arbitrary value.
