Abh?ngig vom Funktionsbereich k?nnen verschiedene Elemente,
die sich an der Maschine oder innerhalb der BendMaster Zelle
befinden, am Bildschirm angezeigt oder ausgeblendet werden.
Die eingeblendeten Elemente werden bei der Kollisionsberech-
nung berücksichtigt.
Voraussetzungen
-Die Elemente müssen in der Datenbank hinterlegt sein (siehe
Kapitel "Grundlegende Daten einstellen").
-Die Elemente der BendMaster Zelle müssen zus?tzlich in der
BendMaster Zelle aktiviert werden (siehe Kapitel "Be- und
Entladen").

1. Selezionare >Assistenti, >Layout, >Estrai lamiera, >Lamiera
Box.
Si apre la maschera "Estrarre lamiera con pezzi".
2. Assegnare il nome pezzi.
3. Selezionare OK.
4. Incasellare i pezzi da estrarre.
I pezzi vengono visualizzati riempiti in grigio.
5. Selezionare OK.
I contorni dei pezzi selezionati vengono rappresentati in
rosso.
La selezione può essere memorizzata.
2.5 Selezione di ID materiale e materiale
fisico nei dati disegno
Oltre all''identificativo materiale è ora possibile selezionare anche
il materiale fisico. In TruTops Punch questo materiale è preimpo-
stato. TruTops Bend non dispone di layout lamiera, ciò significa
che identificativo materiale e materiale fisico vengono richiesti
solo nel corso della creazione di una piegatura in TruTops Bend.
Questa selezione deve essere ora effettuata in TruTops CAD, a
condizione che il materiale sia presente nella banca dati. Vantag-
gio: questo materiale fisico selezionato viene supportato da Tru-
Tops Work e TruTops Unfold.

TruMPF-Merging materials

The TruTops Laser and TruTops Punch product databases were
previously separated. It was possible for the same materials to be
named differently in the two databases (e.g. "stainless steel
1.4301" in TruTops Laser and "stainless steel 1.4301" in TruTops
Punch) due to the separate data management.
There may therefore be several entries in the joint database for the
same material as a result of merging the two databases in the
current TruTops versions.
You can use the "MaterialMergeTool" program to find this double
data and assign it to an existing material.
1. Start the file ’<TruTops drive>:\TRUMPF.NET\UTILS\DbTools\
MaterialMergeTool\MaterialMergeTool.exe’.
2. Select a language and press OK.
The program starts.

In the case of TruTops Laser programs, the default overview
header in NcLink indicates whether the SortMaster is being used
for sorting or whether the sheet position is being measured with
Cateye.
1. In "Overview header", deactivate "Sorting" and/or "Cateye" as
appropriate.
2. If you want to use your own layout template (stylesheet) in the
overhead header:
– Select "Overview header", "User-defined"
– Select .
– Select the stylesheet you want.
– Select Open.
The layout of the rest of the production package overview
remains the same and will be updated during an update
(if "Standard" is set).
If a user-defined stylesheet is being used for the overview
header, it will not be adapted if NcLink is updated.

"Single part information", "Activate".

TruTops PDM-Change Repository

1.1 Allgemeine Informationen
Nach Installation eines PDM-2-Servers befindet sich die PDM-Dateiablage auf dem gleichen
Laufwerk wie der Serverprozess. Mit Hilfe des Hilfsprogramms ?TruTops PDM – Change
Repository“ (zu starten über Start >Programme >TRUMPF.NET >PDM Administration >PDM
Change repository directory) kann diese Ablage an einen anderen Ablageort auf dem gleichen
Server oder auf einen Ablageort auf einem anderen Server migriert werden.
Bei Migration der Dateiablage auf einen anderen Server kann das PDM-System insgesamt
verlangsamt werden. Wie für die Serverinstallation werden als Betriebssysteme für die Dateiablage
Windows XP ab SP 2 (bis ca. 4 Anwender) und Windows 2003 ab SP 1 unterstützt. Aufgrund
technischer Einschr?nkungen sind Dateiablagen auf Systemen der Firma Network Appliance und
unter Samba nicht funktionsf?hig.
Vor Start des Migrationsskripts muss das Zielverzeichnis erstellt werden und über eine Windows-
Freigabe zug?ngig gemacht werden. Wichtig ist, dass der Benutzer, der die Migration durchführt
und alle Anwender, die sp?ter Zugriff auf den PDM-Inhalt erhalten sollen, lesenden und
schreibenden Zugriff auf die Freigabe und den zugeh?rigen Ordner erhalten (siehe Abbildungen):

1. Start Windows.
2. Insert an empty 3.5′′ disk into the drive of your PC.
3. Start the TruTops / ToPs installation data media.
4. Select ''\Support_Tools\ControlInterfaceUpdate\V1.00''.
5. For machines with operating system Windows für Workgroups,
select ''16bit''.
6. For machines with operating system Windows NT4, select
''32bit''.
7. Double click on ''createdisc.bat''.
The program for updating the interface will be copied to the
disk.
8. Insert the created disk into the drive of the machine panel.
9. Select 1 Operation >5 Maintenance/Start-up >3 Load software
